Welcome to the 2026 Allen County Fair Open Class Online Entry System. Open Class Entry deadline is August 1.
 
PLEASE download a copy/or refer to the Open Class Exhibitors Handbook located online for rules, regulations, and classes BEFORE you begin.
 
PLEASE NOTE:  For online entries that require entry fees, pens or the purchase of a season pass, you MUST use a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover).  If you do not have a credit card, you must make your entry in person at the fair office.
 
Open Class exhibitors, need to purchase a pass (Season or Membership) to enter into the fair.  FOR 2026.  Jr. Fair Exhibitors with a current 2026 Jr. Fair Photo ID can enter SOME Non-Livestock Departments with Jr. Fair Photo ID.  No Season Pass is required. Please check each department you are entering to see if this applies.
 
Open Class entries without the purchase of a pass will not be processed until a pass is issued.  If you buy a season pass online, it will be mailed to you.
 
If you have purchased a season pass or membership,  please list your 5 digit pass number located on Circle #1 on the Register button page.   For 2026: Current Jr. Fair exhibitors, please put Jr. Fair on the Season Pass line.
 
 
ONLINE ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS
To begin, click on:  
CIRCLE #1 - REGISTER - Fill in First and Last Name and then select "I am a new Exhibitor."  .  EVERYONE IS A NEW EXHIBITOR AGAIN THIS YEAR. The next screen is where your account is created with a new password.   
 
CIRCLE #2 - ENTRIES - where you select your Open Class Entries.  
 
CIRCLE #3 - ITEMS - where you purchase your Season Passes and pen fees for Goats.  
 
CIRCLE #4 - REVIEW - review your entries
 
CIRCLE #5 - PAY
 
CIRCLE #6 - CONFIRM - confirm your entry
 
CIRCLE #7 - FINISH
 
When you have reached the confirmation page, PRINT A COPY FOR YOUR RECORDS.
